TruNorth Solutions LLC was founded in 2018 with a single mission: to support organizational and individual professional growth by improving the most valuable market resource -- PEOPLE.

My name is Jack Fahrendorff and I have 12+ years of expertise in the industrial, technology, and defense sectors, we strive to provide a competitive edge to our clients.  I strongly believe diversity, continuity, and unique solutions are key to solving today's unique marketplace challenges.  I have a Bachelor's in Human Resources and a Masters in Organizational Leadership.  I am AIRS certified as an Internet Recruiter (CIR), Professional Recruiter (PRC) and as a Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter (CDR).  We are Minnesota based, but focus on supporting talent communities across the domestic United States.
