My name is Jack Fahrendorff and I have 15+ years of expertise in the startup, healthcare, technology, and defense sectors, I strive to provide a competitive edge to our clients.  I strongly believe diversity, continuity, and unique solutions are key to solving today's unique marketplace challenges.  I approach each search with a bespoke mindset and take the time to understand my clients needs to ensure proper calibration is achieved to identify top talent swiftly. I have a Bachelor's in Human Resources and a Masters in Organizational Leadership.  I am AIRS certified as an Internet Recruiter (CIR), Professional Recruiter (PRC) and as a Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter (CDR).  We are Minnesota based, but focus on supporting talent communities across the domestic United States and internationally.

My "sweet spot" is operating in highly agile environments where priorities shift quickly. I have a process improvement mindset and often evaluate systems pragmatically. Working on various projects, programs, and strategic talent acquisition searches is where I thrive. I am passionate about building world-class teams that can come together and profoundly impact the accomplishment of goals, the achievement of results, and the disruption of industry spaces. I have built and led geographically dispersed teams of up to 12 people. I feel honored and privileged to have been recognized in Twin Cities Business magazine as a "Notable Leader in Talent Acquisition."
